PDC cenote restaurant

very cool setting back in a kind of grotto between the buildings and it's own small cenote. Service was very good and attentive. Nice and quiet compared to the main scene on the street. Be aware it will get quite dark in the evening

Had a very delicious breakfast and coffee while sitting out back next to their small cenote that the restaurant was built upon!

pleasantly surprised by this place. It looked quite small when we walked in, but we walked through to the outside seating and I'm glad we did, as it took us through to a beautiful green cenote. We ordered yoghurt with fruit, and Mexican eggs. The portions were huge and the food was great. The juices were also delicious. A great stop for breakfast.

We fell in love with this restaurant, located on the 5th Avenue. The unique setting is what drove us in. Sitting among the tropical trees, a natural smallwaterfall and built around a cenote was truly unique

They bring out a free starter of tortilla chips and 4 dips which they explain to you (so no chance of accidentally blowing your head off with a spicy one!). I had the chicken fajitas which were really authentic

The seating in the front part of the restaurant is rather plain and a bit noisy, behind it is a delightful garden and a small cenoté. The sound of the flowing water is soothing.

Our lunch was good. We enjoyed the Salad Corazón of mixed lettuces, walnut chopped, dried cranberries, goat cheese and a tasty honey vinaigrette. The lettuce was good but could have been more crisp. We also enjoyed fish tacos garnished with cilantro, roasted onions, and salsa Mexicana. The tacos were also quite good.

The small frontage was deceiving, as the restaurant was rather large, with seating through the restaurant/bar area in the back. Seating here was open air, under trees and umbrellas, surrounding gardens and a cenote. There is actually a walkway down to the small cenote.

For dessert, the restaurant celebrated our new marriage with a delicious flan. The dessert was definitely the highlight here!

The dinner prices were very fair, about $50 for two us.
They gave us free dessert, a flan which was amazing and big!
Did I mention the atmosphere outdoors? A cenote, filled with beautiful trees, torches, and a waterfall-wow!

Now the best part along with the scenery and guacamole is the mango margaritas.

Sit in the back - Proper jungle vibes! juevos rancheros on point. Service is always fantastic & the setting cannot be beat. You'll find the food to be a tad pricier but it's  consistently delicious.

They even had a little walking area in the back and it lead to a ceynote

Nice place as the restaurant is located in a cenote and you are surrounded by threes.
However the food wasn't good and way too expensive for the quality of the food

The restaurant’s specialty is Mexican food. If you want a taco joint, this is not what you are looking for. Main courses on the dinner menu range from 15-25$, but the quality of the food for the price is excellent. They are also open for breakfast, brunch and lunch, so you can go at any time of day.
