Was close to Walmart / fast-food options. Real downside was the condo didn’t have A/C. We stayed in late July, so this was a significant inconvenience  RUIDOSO

Floors tend to squeak, so try to be on the top floor so you're not on the receiving end

Views in every direction. It’s about 4 miles from downtown which was perfect for feeling like you were far away from the world yet very close
